1. Zero-fee related Spot trading volume for the duration of this event does not count towards the 30-day requirement for VIP eligibility.

2. Zero-fee promotion does not apply to pending order fees incurred before the start of the event.

3. How we deal with pending Spot orders of Zero-fee related spot trading pairs before Feb 13, 2023, 12PM (noon) UTC:

3.1 The transaction fee(s) charged by the platform after Feb 13, 2023, 12PM (noon) UTC will be returned to the user's Spot account on a monthly basis. Users will be informed of the rebate(s) via email. 

3.2.1 Market makers will receive maker rebates if their maker orders are filled with counterparties' orders placed before 0 fee event takes effect.

3.2.2 Market makers will not receive maker rebates if their maker orders are filled with counterparties' orders placed after 0 fee event takes effect.

4. This zero trading fee event is only applicable to Spot trading pairs while the trading fee of Derivatives remains unchanged.

6. Only deposits made within the event period will be considered in the reward calculation for Event 2.

7. Deposits made through P2P Trading will be counted toward this event. 

8. Deposits made using a Subaccount will not be counted toward this event. 

9. Eligible reward recipients will be notified of their reward(s) via email. The rewards will be credited to their Spot Account within 30 working days after the event ends.

11. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
