Bybit will be implementing changes to the fee program for 

all spot trading pairs (excluding zero fee pairs) 

and adjusting the spot trading volume and asset balance requirements for VIP/Pro tiers, effective from 

Starting from this date, only VIPs with a status of VIP2 and above will have an assigned VIP Relationship Manager. However, VIP1 users will continue to have priority access to customer support via Live Chat.

The revised fee program will be applicable to all spot crypto-crypto pairs and will be in effect until further notice.
