1. Users must complete individual KYC Lv. 1 or KYC Lv. 2 to participate in Flexible Savings. Business KYC is not accepted.

2. Daily yield is calculated as the number of tokens staked * (APY for the staked token / 365).

3. Users can unstake their assets at any time and their staked assets will be auto-credited to their Earn Account immediately. Please note that no yield will be calculated on the day of withdrawal.

4. Flexible Savings doesn't support Subaccounts.

5. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

6. Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
