• A Bulwark Against Fraud: In the unfortunate event that you encounter fraud, Bybit P2P Shield offers compensation to mitigate your losses.

How It Works

Bybit P2P Shield provides financial protection to eligible users who fall victim to fraudulent activities while conducting P2P transactions on our platform. Details are as follows:

To request compensation under Bybit P2P Shield, simply complete this form and furnish with all supporting documents.

The following scenarios are not protected by P2P Shield:

• If you lose your Verified or Cooperative Advertiser status within 14 days of submitting a claim.
• If your Main Account or any associated accounts are identified as "high-risk".
• If you submit a claim for transactions made with a Subaccount or Custodial Trading Account.
• If your name on the payment or receipt does not match the name you provided for Identity Verification on the Bybit platform.
• If you submit a claim 30 days after the order is created.

Notes:

• Bybit P2P Shield does not guarantee complete protection against fraud. We encourage all users to remain vigilant and trade with caution.
• Bybit may append details regarding eligibility criteria, claim amounts, among other aspects of the product where appropriate.
