In line with our commitment to the evolving onchain ecosystem and delivering high-quality services to our Web3 users, we will be optimizing our current Web3 product and service offerings.

As part of this transition, certain products and services will be gradually phased out as we move into a new phase of growth, innovation, and ecosystem enhancement. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Bybit remains committed to a user-first approach and will continue enhancing the user experience as we work toward a more open and efficient Web3 future.

Affected Services and Discontinuation Dates

The table below outlines the impacted services and their respective discontinuation dates:

I. Discontinuation of Web3 Cloud Wallet Service

Ensure you have sufficient gas tokens for transfers. Use the Bybit Web3 Wallet to send tokens to your Bybit account or external wallets, and remember to unstake tokens before transferring. For NFTs and inscription assets, use the Transfer function and complete withdrawals before the deadline to avoid delays.

The Web3 Cloud Wallet service will be discontinued effective 

Please ensure all assets (tokens, NFTs, and inscriptions) are transferred from your Cloud Wallet to another wallet as soon as possible. Failure to complete the transfer in time may require KYC verification on Bybit in order to retrieve any remaining assets. Please review the following instructions for asset clearance:

1. Ensure you have sufficient gas tokens in your wallet to complete the transfer. You may top up your wallet by depositing gas tokens to cover the gas fees.

3. Alternatively, you may transfer assets to other on-chain wallets such as MetaMask.

4. Once the transfer is complete, delete this wallet address from any exchange account or wallet address book to avoid accidental deposits.

5. If you have staked tokens, please unstake and transfer them promptly.

1. Ensure your wallet has sufficient gas tokens to complete the transfer.

2. Use the Transfer function to send your NFTs to another wallet.

3. You can continue trading NFTs via platforms like OpenSea.

1. Use the Transfer function to send your inscription assets to another wallet.

2. You may continue trading inscriptions via platforms such as Unisat.

We strongly encourage you to complete the withdrawal process before the deadline. If assets remain in your wallet after the discontinuance date, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) or provide additional authentication. This may result in a longer withdrawal process.

To ensure a smooth experience, please complete your asset transfers as soon as possible.

II. Discontinuation of Keyless Wallet Service

The Keyless Wallet service will be discontinued soon. Please transfer your assets and unstake any tokens. An export option for your private key will be available if you want to keep using the wallet elsewhere.

Please transfer your assets to another wallet as soon as possible. As this is a decentralized wallet, your assets remain fully self-custodial and are not affected.

1. Ensure your wallet have sufficient gas tokens to cover the transfer fees. You may top up your gas balance if needed.

2. Use the Send function in the Bybit Web3 Wallet to transfer your tokens to your Bybit Seed Phrase Wallet or any other on-chain wallet.

3. After completing the transfer, delete the wallet address from any exchange account or address book to avoid mistaken deposits.

4. If you have staked tokens, please unstake and transfer them promptly.

If you encounter issues during the asset transfer process, an export feature for the Keyless Wallet will be introduced soon. This will allow you to export your private key and import it into another wallet.

Bybit Web3 does not store or access your private key. Once the key is exported, the Keyless Wallet will be deleted. 

III. Discontinuation of DEX Pro and Swap & Bridge Services

DEX Pro and Swap & Bridge services will be discontinued from 

- Same-chain and cross-chain swaps via Bybit Web3 will no longer be available

- Market page features such as recommended assets and token charts will be removed

Your wallet's assets will not be affected. You can continue to trade tokens using third-party DEXs.

IV. Discontinuation of NFT Marketplace Service

The NFT Marketplace service will be discontinued soon. After the shutdown, access to the platform will be removed, and any NFTs remaining in your NFT Marketplace account will become inaccessible—they cannot be withdrawn or traded.

This change does not affect any NFT Pro assets held in your Web3 Wallet — those assets will remain safe and accessible.
