As part of our ongoing compliance efforts following the upcoming implementation of MiCA on Dec 30, 2024, we would like to inform you about updates regarding your participation in events on the Bybit platform.

If you're identified as an EEA user (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway), please review the following details for important information.

Starting Dec 18, 2024, users from the EEA will no longer be eligible to participate in any events on Bybit.

- All rewards for events that conclude before Dec 28, 2024, will be distributed promptly and finalized by Dec 28, 2024.

For Ongoing Events Ending After Dec 28, 2024

- The final calculation of rankings or performance metrics will take place on Dec 23, 2024, at 10AM UTC. This will determine your eligibility for rewards. Where it is not possible to perform such final calculation on this date due to campaign mechanics, you will not be eligible to participate or receive any reward for such campaigns.

- All tasks associated with these events must be completed by Dec 23, 2024, at 10AM UTC.

- Rewards for these events will be distributed progressively, with distributions to be completed by Dec 28, 2024. Where it is not possible to distribute the rewards by Dec 28, 2024, due to campaign mechanics, you will not be eligible to participate or receive any reward for such campaign.

Make sure to complete all tasks for ongoing events before the deadline to secure your rewards, and stay tuned to your email and Bybit notifications for updates on reward distribution.
