What happens if you don't complete Identity Verification Lv. 2 before Apr 15, 2024?

If you miss the deadline, you will need to be offboarded as a user of Bybit Global Platform according to below timeline: 

 Restrictions to further deposits and trades.  You can only withdraw assets and close any open positions.

Any remaining orders and positions will be closed and funds will be returned to your account.

The impact on each product is illustrated in the table below:

• Any remaining positions in the restricted products and services listed above will be closed. 

• Restricted products and services will no longer be available to Hong Kong users.  

• Funds will be returned to your Funding Account for withdrawal. 

For users using Bybit Web3 service, please note that the Bybit Cloud Wallet (previously Bybit Wallet) will not be available to yous after 

. You are encouraged to manage assets in their Cloud Wallet or Keyless Wallet by transferring them to your Bybit Funding Accounts or third-party wallets of your choice before
