Please read through the following Terms and Conditions thoroughly. Please note that penalties will be enforced if any of these platform rules are violated. 

1. The trading strategies are those of the Principal Traders, and they do not purport to reflect the opinions or views of Bybit. In the event of extreme market volatility, your profit and loss may also fluctuate significantly. Any loss incurred by the Principal Trader will directly impact the investment of his/her Followers. Please manage positions and place copy trades based on your risk tolerance.

2. The past performance of a Principal Trader is not a guarantee of future returns. Please take note of the Principal Trader‘s current performance and manage risks accordingly.

3. Your copy trading positions are isolated from other trading positions you've opened on Bybit. Copy trades initiated by a Principal Trader that are not replicated by you shall not impact your profit and loss.

4. If a loss has been incurred in the copy trades you've followed, you may manually close your positions and remove yourself as a Follower of the Principal Trader. 

5. Based on your copy trading preferences, the corresponding positions will be opened automatically when your Principal Trader initiates trades. Please make sure that your Copy Trading Account has sufficient available balance.

6. Please note that copy trades may fail for the following reasons:

7. Copy trade orders will be canceled if the market price of the copy trade order is 0.5% higher or lower than the entry price of the trade initiated by the Principal Trader.

8. Copy Trading is subject to market fluctuations and doesn't guarantee fixed returns. Please take note of the investment risks and uncertainties associated with Copy Trading.

9. Slippage may occur in the event of extreme price fluctuations and low market liquidity.

10. Followers can only apply isolated margin mode, with a max. leverage of 5x.

11. Bybit reserves the right to permanently ban and disqualify followers who engage in dishonest or manipulative activities, including bulk-account registrations and any other activities in connection with fraudulent or harmful purposes.

12. After ten (10) consecutive failed copy orders, you will automatically cease copying the Principal Trader. You will also receive an email notification if your copy trade fails due to the following reasons:

13. Followers who are keen to apply as Principal Traders must transfer out all remaining balances from their Copy Trading Accounts and renounce their status as Followers.
