3. How we deal with pending Spot orders before Sep 6, 2022, 10 AM UTC

   3.1 The transaction fee charged by the platform after September 6, 10 AM UTC will be returned to the user's Spot account on a monthly basis. Please pay attention to the change of your Spot account and the official email;

    3.2.1 Market makers will receive maker rebates if their maker orders are filled with counterparties' orders placed before 0 fee takes effect

   3.2.2 Market makers will not receive maker rebates if their maker orders are filled with counterparties' orders placed after 0 fee takes effect

4. This zero trading fee event is only applicable to Spot trading pairs while the trading fee of Derivatives (Leveraged Tokens, Contracts) remains unchanged.

5. During the event, all trading volumes generated by Spot, Cross Margin, and Leveraged Token trading pairs will be excluded from the VIP-level and the Market Maker plan. Existing VIP users who become VIPs through Spot trading  before Sep 6, 2022, 10 AM UTC will extend their VIP level for 1 month, and users can maintain subsequent VIP levels by increasing capital and trading contracts.

7. Bybit reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this announcement at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
