Bybit takes one snapshot per day during the event to calculate your eligible holdings. Based on your daily snapshot, votes are updated once per day. The more eligible assets you hold at the time of the snapshot, the more votes you receive.

Vote for your preferred project during the voting period. You can vote multiple times for the same project.

Once a project reaches the required vote threshold, Bybit will list it on Spot. We’ll announce listing details separately.

1. Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 are eligible for this event. Please note that participants from [restricted countries and regions](https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries) are not eligible to participate in this event.

2. Users can vote multiple times for one project during the voting period. Users must cast a minimum of 100 votes each time.

3. Users can cast a maximum of 100,000 votes for each featured project during the voting period.

4. The amount of USDT, USDC, USDE, USDD, DAI, and CUSD holdings in users' Spot Account, Funding Account and Derivatives Account (or Unified Trading Account and Inverse Derivatives Account) will be recorded during the snapshot period. Tokens obtained through Crypto Loans, and assets held in Flexible or Fixed Savings, as well as in the Launchpool, will be included in the snapshots. Assets invested in other financial products are excluded from the snapshots.

5. Eligible users will receive votes for holding USDT, USDC, USDE, USDD, DAI, and CUSD in their Subaccounts. Votes, if any, will be airdropped to their Main Accounts. Users will not be able to vote with their Subaccounts.

6. Only users who vote for the winning project will receive rewards. Users who vote for projects that are not listed will not receive rewards for the corresponding projects.

7. If the project you voted for is successfully listed, your rewards will be calculated as follows: Rewards = Individual participant votes / Total project votes × Total prize pool.

8. Each eligible user will receive a maximum of 1% of the total prize pool. Rewards will be automatically credited to the user’s Unified Trading Account or Spot Account based on the final calculations and will be distributed from Jan 29, 2026, 8AM – 1PM UTC.

9. Votes are issued at a 1:1 ratio based on the user’s daily snapshot holding and rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, 1.9 USDT counts as one voting ticket.

10. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

11. Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.
