Following the successful launch of the third generation of 

, we've implemented several enhancements. Firstly, we've shortened the incentive distribution period from one (1) quarter to one (1) month, making rewards more immediate for our contributors. Secondly, we introduced the new role of 

, enhancing the depth of expertise within our community. We've also actively incubated ByBUIDLERs in specific regions, particularly at the headquarters in Dubai.

As we roll out the fourth generation of ByBUIDLERs, several key improvements are underway. Firstly, we're introducing the role of 

 to welcome influential individuals from each country, strengthening our global presence. Secondly, we're updating our incentive mechanisms to better reward contributions through PR articles and personalized thank-you notes. Additionally, 

 will now be held to identify the ByBUIDLERs who have made significant impacts, giving them a platform to share their stories and propose new initiatives. Finally, we’ll be making full use of community AMA sessions to help onboard new ByBUIDLERs.
