3. All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the giveaway and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.
4. The results of the giveaway will be revealed within seven (7) working days from the event’s end date on Twitter.
5. Eligible reward recipient(s) will be notified within seven (7) working days from the event’s end date via email. Winners will be notified and asked to provide their mailing details via email for delivery.
6. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant if he/she at any time engaged in inappropriate, dishonest, abusive or any activities or conduct which Bybit, in its sole discretion, considers mandate the disqualification of the participant.

8. The prize draw is open globally, excluding residents of France, Germany, Spain, Canada (Quebec), Canada (Ontario), Singapore, the United States, China, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, and Syria.
9. Entrants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.
10. If for any reason the giveaway, or any part of the giveaway, is unavailable or there is a delay in receiving the giveaway or a related event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or for any other reason, Bybit reserves the right to modify the giveaway in its reasonable discretion and award a substitute giveaway of comparable or greater value to the winner(s).
