WSOT Squad Leader - Sign Up Now!

Still on the fence about signing up as a Squad Leader for World Series of Trading 2022 (WSOT 2022)? Have a thousand (hopefully not that many!) questions about the role? 

We’re here to answer any and all of the frequently asked questions about Squad Leaders. Let’s get started!

1. What is the process of signing up as a Squad Leader?

Simply check out our WSOT 2022 Squad Leader sign-up page right 

All you need to do is fill out the registration form with all the necessary information. For example:

2. Are there any requirements I have to meet to become a Squad Leader?

The requirements you need to meet are the same as those you need to meet to participate in WSOT 2022:

There are no additional requirements in order to sign up as a Squad Leader.

3. When can I start signing up as a Squad Leader?

Registration starts May 26, 2022, 6PM UTC and ends June 26, 2022, 10AM UTC.

4. Do I have any control over the members that join my Squad?

Yes, you do! While filling out the registration form, you can set up certain criteria, so that only participants who meet the criteria can join your Squad.

5. What are the benefits of becoming a Squad Leader?

With great power come great rewards! Find out more about the benefits of becoming a Squad Leader 

6. Is there a minimum number of members that I need to have in my Squad?

Yes, there is. You need at least 10 members in your Squad before the competition starts on June 27, 2022.

If there are fewer than 10 members one (1) day before the start of the competition, you can choose to disband the team. All members, including the Squad Leader, can then pick a new team to join.

If you choose not to disband the team, our system will automatically assign all members of the Squad to a suitable team 10 minutes before the start of the competition.

7. Why did my Squad Leader application fail?

It’s likely that you included sensitive information or unintended spaces in your application. Please edit your registration form and resubmit your application!

There are different ways you can promote your Squad and recruit Squad Members, including using your social media platforms!

In addition, remember to let your potential Squad members know that the first 10 members who join each Squad will receive a bonus worth $10 in BTC.
